Your privacy is our priority.
All orders are dispatched in plain, unbranded brown packaging with only a delivery label attached. There is no reference to Coxheath Pharmacy, medications, or the contents on the outside of the parcel. This ensures complete confidentiality from dispatch through to delivery.
Delivery Services & Costs (UK Only)
We currently deliver to UK mainland addresses using Royal Mail’s tracked services:
- Royal Mail Tracked 48® – £2.95
Estimated delivery: 2–4 working days after dispatch - Royal Mail Tracked 24® – £3.95
Estimated delivery: 1–2 working days after dispatch - Royal Mail Special Delivery by 1pm® – £6.50
Guaranteed next working day delivery before 1pm (once dispatched)
All services include full tracking. Your tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.
Dispatch Times & Cut-Off
- Orders placed before 12:00 pm (Monday–Friday) are eligible for same-day dispatch, subject to clinical approval.
- Orders placed after 12:00 pm, on weekends, or on public/bank holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.
Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on Monday, meaning the earliest possible delivery is usually Tuesday, depending on the delivery service selected.
Clinical Review & Approval
All prescription and pharmacy-only medicines are reviewed by our qualified clinical pharmacists before dispatch.
Your delivery timeframe starts only once clinical approval has been completed.
Weight Loss Treatments
For weight loss medications, additional information or supporting evidence may be required to safely assess your suitability. This requirement is clearly stated:
- Within the online questionnaire, and
- In the footnote of the weight loss treatment form
Delays in uploading the required evidence will delay both approval and dispatch of your order.
Refrigerated & Temperature‑Sensitive Medications
If your order includes medications that require refrigeration (such as weight loss injections):
- Your medication will be shipped in insulated, temperature‑controlled packaging in line with manufacturer guidance
- Ice packs may be partially or fully melted on arrival – this is normal
- As long as the parcel is delivered within 72 hours of dispatch, the medication remains safe and effective, based on validated packaging data
For temperature‑sensitive items, delivery may take an additional 1–2 working days to ensure medication safety.
Public & Bank Holidays
Dispatch and delivery times may be extended during UK public or bank holidays in line with Royal Mail service schedules.
We recommend allowing extra time during these periods, particularly for urgent or refrigerated medications.
Missed or Delayed Deliveries
If your order has not arrived:
- Please allow the full estimated delivery timeframe for your selected service
- Check your tracking information using the link provided in your dispatch email
If the delivery timeframe has passed and your order is still missing, please contact us with your order details.
Same‑Day Dispatch Summary
- Before 12 pm (Mon–Fri): Eligible for same‑day dispatch (subject to approval)
- After 12 pm / weekends / holidays: Dispatched next working day
- Clinical review required: Dispatch only occurs once approved
