Our most cost-effective delivery option is Royal Mail Tracked 48, which typically arrives within 2–4 working days after dispatch. All deliveries require a signature upon arrival and come with full tracking, so you can monitor your order every step of the way using the tracking number provided in your dispatch confirmation email.

For weight loss medications, please be aware that additional evidence may be required to review and approve your request. This requirement is clearly outlined in the questionnaire and also noted in the footnote of the weight loss treatment form. Please note that the delivery timeframe begins only after all necessary evidence has been successfully uploaded. Any delay in providing the requested information may result in a delay to both the review and dispatch of your order.
All orders placed before 12:00 pm (Monday to Friday) are eligible for same-day dispatch, pending clinical approval. Our team of clinical pharmacists will assess and approve your medication prior to it being sent out. Orders placed after the Friday cut-off or during the weekend (Saturday or Sunday) will be dispatched on the following Monday at the earliest. Therefore, the earliest delivery date for weekend orders would be Tuesday. As mentioned above, delays in uploading required evidence will further delay the approval and shipping process, so we kindly ask that you submit any supporting documentation promptly.
Please also be mindful that during public or bank holidays, dispatch and delivery times may be extended in accordance with Royal Mail’s holiday delivery policies.
If you have ordered weight loss injections, your medication will be shipped in insulated packaging designed to maintain fridge-level temperatures throughout transit, in line with manufacturer guidance. In some cases, ice packs may appear melted upon arrival—this is normal. As long as the parcel was delivered within 72 hours from dispatch, the medication remains safe and effective to use, based on data from our packaging provider.
If you haven’t received your delivery, we ask that you allow sufficient time in accordance with our delivery terms before contacting us.
Same-Day Dispatch
Orders placed before 12 pm (Monday–Friday) are eligible for same-day dispatch, following approval by our clinical pharmacists. Orders placed after this cut off—on Friday afternoon, weekends, or public holidays—will be dispatched on the next working day.
Important Information
- Public & Bank Holidays – Deliveries may experience slight delays due to Royal Mail’s service schedules. Contact us for further details if needed.
- Fridge-Storage Medications – If your order requires refrigerated storage, please allow an additional 1–2 working days for delivery to ensure proper temperature control and medication safety.
- Delivery Delays – If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please wait the full estimated delivery period before reaching out.
